The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective September 21, 2020. The Tenants must pay the Landlord $12,567.60, which includes rent arrears and compensation, less the rent deposit. The Tenants must also pay $31.23 per day for compensation for the use of the unit starting September 11, 2020 until they move out. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount by September 21, 2020, they will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
