Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to persistent late payment of rent.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective September 13, 2021. The Tenant must move out by that date. The Tenant shall pay the Landlord $50.96 per day for use of the unit from September 14, 2021 until move-out, and $186.00 for the application fee. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by September 13, 2021, they will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance. If the unit is not vacated by September 13, 2021, the Landlord may file the order with the Sheriff for enforcement.
