What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant. The Landlord and Tenant had signed an agreement to terminate the tenancy as of October 31, 2021.

The ruling

The tenancy between the Landlord and the Tenant is terminated. The Tenant must move out of the rental unit on or before October 31, 2021. If the unit is not vacated by that date, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) to enforce the eviction starting November 1, 2021.
