What happened
Landlord applied to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant because the Landlord requires possession of the rental unit for the purpose of residential occupation by the Landlord's mother.
The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective December 31, 2021. The Tenant must vacate the unit by that date. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $2,217.13, which includes compensation for use of the unit, the application fee, and interest if the amount is not paid by the due date. If the unit is not vacated by December 31, 2021, the Landlord may file the order with the Sheriff for enforcement.
