What happened

The ruling
The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenants pay $6,695.55 to void the order by May 29, 2023. If the Tenants do not pay, they must move out by May 29, 2023 and pay the Landlord $4,945.56, plus daily compensation of $27.31 per day starting May 2, 2023 until they move out.
