What happened

The ruling

The Board set aside the previous eviction order and granted the Tenants additional time to pay the outstanding rent arrears to void the eviction. The Tenants were ordered to pay the October 2020 rent and the $8,375 in rent arrears by October 31, 2020. If the Tenants failed to make these payments, the tenancy would be terminated, and the Landlord could file the order with the Court Enforcement Office for enforcement.
