The ruling

The Tenant is ordered to pay the Landlord $1,955.00 in rent arrears by May 31, 2021. Starting June 1, 2021, the Tenant must pay the monthly rent on or before the 1st of each month. If the Tenant fails to make any of the required payments, the Landlord may apply to the Board to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant. The Tenant must also pay the Landlord $175.00 for the cost of filing the application. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by May 31, 2021, they will owe interest at 2.00% annually on the outstanding balance.
