The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective February 9, 2021. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $9,507.03 in rent arrears and compensation, plus $175 in application fees, and $31.23 per day in compensation starting January 30, 2021 until the Tenant vacates. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by February 9, 2021, the Landlord may file the order with the Sheriff for enforcement. The Tenant can void the order and continue the tenancy by paying $9,675 by January 31, 2021 or $10,625 by February 9, 2021.
