What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to Tenant's abusive and threatening behavior towards other tenants and the Landlord's staff, which substantially interfered with the reasonable enjoyment of the residential complex.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective December 6, 2021. The Tenant must move out by that date and pay the Landlord $1,259.28 in compensation for use of the unit, plus $4.77 per day from November 26, 2021 until the Tenant moves out. The Tenant must also pay the $186 application fee. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by December 6, 2021, the Tenant will owe interest and the Landlord can file the order with the Court Enforcement Office for enforcement.
