What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent. The Tenant paid all the rent owing except $42.21 by the hearing date.

The ruling

The Tenant shall pay the Landlord the remaining $42.21 in rent arrears and $190 for the application filing fee by January 19, 2021. If the full amount is not paid by that date, the Tenant will start owing interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
