What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to failure to pay rent. The ruling

If the Tenants do not pay, they must move out by October 23, 2022 and pay the Landlord $1,371.14, plus daily compensation of $42.74 per day starting September 29, 2022 until they vacate.
