What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenants, who were the Superintendents, due to their disruptive behavior, including smoking in the elevator despite a non-smoking sign.
The ruling
The Tenants shall pay the Landlord $175.00 for the cost of filing the application. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount by January 31, 2021, they will start to owe simple interest at 2.00% annually on the outstanding balance.
