The Tenant is ordered to pay the lawful monthly rent in full and on time each month from December 2021 to November 2022. The Tenant is also ordered to pay the Landlord's $186 application filing fee by November 30, 2021. If the Tenant fails to make any of these payments, the Landlord may apply to the Board to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant.
