What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective June 15, 2021. The Tenants must pay the Landlord $10,340.56 in rent arrears and application costs, plus $30.07 per day in compensation for use of the unit starting June 5, 2021. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount by June 15, 2021, they will owe interest on the outstanding balance.
