The ruling

The Tenants shall pay the full monthly rent to the Landlord as and when due, being the 1st of the month, for the 12-month period beginning October 1, 2021. If the Tenants fail to make any one of the payments, the Landlord may, without notice to the Tenants, apply to the Board for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenants.
