What happened

The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective July 31, 2021. The Tenant must pay $1,922.80 to the Landlord by July 31, 2021 to void the eviction order and continue the tenancy. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by July 31, 2021, the Tenant will start to owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
