The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective February 27, 2023. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $11,133.74 (less any payments made after the application was filed) for rent arrears, the application fee, and daily compensation. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by February 27, 2023, they will owe interest at 5% annually on the outstanding balance.
