What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to non-payment of rent and persistent late payment of rent. The Tenant did not attend the hearing despite proper notice. The Landlord's evidence was considered, and the tenancy was terminated.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective November 29, 2022. The Tenant must pay $1,941.10 to the Landlord, plus $37.12 per day from September 22, 2022, until the Tenant moves out. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount owing by November 29, 2022, the Landlord may file for eviction enforcement starting November 30, 2022.
