The Tenant must pay the Landlord $10,477.82, which includes rent arrears up to September 15, 2020 and the costs related to the previous application, less the rent deposit and interest owed on the deposit. The Tenant must also pay $35.70 per day for compensation for use of the unit starting September 16, 2020 until the Tenant moves out.
