What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to failure to pay rent. The application was filed after the Tenants failed to meet a condition specified in a previous order issued by the Board.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective October 6, 2020. The Tenants must pay the Landlord $1,631.81, plus $47.22 per day starting September 26, 2020 until the date they move out. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount by October 6, 2020, they will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
