The ruling

The tenancy was terminated effective July 30, 2021. The tenants are ordered to pay $1,115.12 to the landlord, which includes rent arrears up to the termination date and the cost of filing the application, minus the rent deposit and interest on the deposit. The tenants are also ordered to pay $51.14 per day for compensation for the use of the unit starting July 20, 2021 until the date they move out. If the tenants pay $3,420.63 on or before July 30, 2021, the eviction order will be void and the tenancy will continue.
