What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to meet conditions specified in a previous order (LTB-L-000959-22) issued on July 28, 2022. The Tenant failed to pay January 2023 rent on time and had accumulated rent arrears.
