What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to meet conditions specified in a previous order (TSL-22751-21) issued on September 29, 2021. The Tenant failed to pay full lawful monthly rent and $200 towards arrears by February 1, 2022.

The eviction may be enforced by the Sheriff starting March 14, 2022, if the unit is not vacated.
