The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective January 16, 2022. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $2,987.22, plus $41 per day starting December 1, 2021 until the Tenant vacates the unit. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by January 16, 2022, the Tenant will owe interest starting January 17, 2022.
