What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective August 6, 2021. The Tenants must pay the Landlords $9,895.50 plus $65.75 per day starting July 27, 2021 until they vacate the unit. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount by August 6, 2021, they will owe interest and the Landlords can file the order for enforcement.
