The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective August 16, 2020. The Tenant owes no money to the Landlord as the rent deposit and interest owed to the Tenant exceeds the amount the Landlord is entitled to. The Landlord is authorized to offset $28.18 per day for the Tenant's use of the unit starting August 6, 2020 until the Tenant moves out.
