What happened

The ruling

The Landlord's request to review the previous order is granted. The Tenant is ordered to pay the Landlord $8,700 in rent arrears and $186 in application costs, for a total of $8,886, by December 31, 2021. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by the due date, they will start owing interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
