What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated, and Tenants must vacate by January 23, 2023. Tenants are ordered to pay $9,780.31 to the Landlord, representing rent owing up to January 12, 2023, less the rent deposit and interest. Additionally, Tenants must pay $68.25 per day from January 13, 2023, until they move out. If full payment is not made by January 23, 2023, interest will be charged at 5% annually on the outstanding balance.
