The ruling

The tenancy is terminated as of September 7, 2021, the date the Sheriff gave vacant possession of the rental unit to the Landlord. The Tenant shall pay the Landlord $15,600.98 in rent arrears and $201.00 for the cost of filing the application. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by November 14, 2021, the Tenant will start to owe interest at 2.00% annually on the outstanding balance.
