What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to failure to pay rent and meet conditions specified in a previous LTB order. The Tenants failed to pay monthly rent for October 2022 and failed to pay $8,100.00 towards arrears as required by the previous order.

The tenancy is terminated, and Tenants must vacate by February 13, 2023. Tenants are ordered to pay $11,759.18 to the Landlord, representing rent owing up to February 2, 2023, less rent deposit and interest. Additionally, Tenants must pay $29.59 per day from February 3, 2023, until they move out.
