What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant voids the order by paying the specified amounts by the given deadlines. If the Tenant does not void the order, they must move out by March 31, 2023, and pay $5,267.86 plus $65.75 per day from January 5, 2023, until they move out. The Landlord may file for eviction enforcement starting April 1, 2023, if the unit is not vacated.
