What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to meet conditions specified in a previous order (HOL-10990-21) issued on October 29, 2021. The Tenant failed to pay $1,000.00 in arrears and costs by November 15, 2021, as required by the previous order.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective January 17, 2022. The Tenant must pay $9,098.13 to the Landlord, plus $69.04 per day from January 7, 2022, until the Tenant moves out. If the Tenant does not pay by January 17, 2022, interest will be charged, and the Landlord may file for eviction enforcement.
