The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective February 11, 2022, unless Tenants void the order by paying the full amount owed. Tenants must pay $12,675.07 plus $59.18 per day starting February 1, 2022, for rent arrears, compensation, and filing fees. If not paid, Landlord may file for eviction enforcement after February 12, 2022.
