What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent. The Landlord also applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to persistent late payment of rent.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective December 5, 2020 unless the Tenant pays the full amount owing by the deadlines. If the Tenant pays the full amount, the tenancy can continue but the Tenant must pay rent on time for the next 12 months.
