The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective August 30, 2021. The tenant must pay the landlord $7,483.09, which includes rent arrears up to August 19, 2021 and the application filing fee, less the rent deposit and interest. The tenant must also pay $37.81 per day for compensation for use of the unit from August 20, 2021 until the tenant moves out. If the full amount is not paid by August 30, 2021, the tenant will owe interest and the landlord can file the order for enforcement.
