What happened

The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective October 29, 2021. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $18,637.21 in rent arrears and compensation, plus $52.60 per day starting October 19, 2021 until the Tenant vacates. The Tenant must also pay the $201 application fee. If the full amount is paid by October 29, 2021, the eviction order will be void and the Tenant can remain in the unit.
