What happened
Landlords applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to non-payment of rent. The Tenant had not paid the full rent from March 1, 2020 to November 30, 2020, and the Landlords served a Notice of Termination effective February 10, 2020.
The ruling
The Tenant shall pay the Landlords $4,393.20 for the period ending November 30, 2020, according to a payment schedule. If the Tenant fails to make any of the payments, the Landlord may collect the entire outstanding balance and apply for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenant.
