What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant because the rental unit is the superintendent's premises and the Tenant's employment as superintendent has ended.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated and the Tenant must move out by February 11, 2023. If the unit is not vacated by that date, the Landlord may file the order with the Sheriff for enforcement. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $3,342, which includes compensation for the Tenant's continued occupancy and the application filing fee.
