The tenancy is terminated effective August 25, 2020. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $4,854.48 plus $31.23 per day starting August 15, 2020 until the Tenant vacates the unit. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by August 25, 2020, the Tenant will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
