What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to Tenant's failure to meet a condition specified in a previous order issued by the Board.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated, and the Tenant must move out by July 20, 2021. The Tenant shall pay the Landlord $18.08 per day for compensation for the use of the unit starting July 10, 2021 to the date the Tenant moves out. If the unit is not vacated by July 20, 2021, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office for enforcement.
