What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to Tenant's failure to meet a condition specified in a previous order issued by the Board. The condition was for the Tenant to prepare the rental unit for pest control treatment as per the 24-hour notice given by the Landlord.
The ruling
The tenancy between the Landlord and the Tenant is terminated. The Tenant must move out of the rental unit on or before July 20, 2021. The Tenant shall pay the Landlord $16.44 per day for compensation for the use of the unit starting July 10, 2021 to the date the Tenant moves out of the unit. If the unit is not vacated on or before July 20, 2021, then starting July 21, 2021, the Landlord may file this order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) so that the eviction may be enforced.
