The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective November 20, 2023. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $11,913.57 in rent arrears and application fees, plus $47.05 per day in compensation for use of the unit starting November 10, 2023 until the Tenant moves out. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by November 20, 2023, the Tenant will owe interest at 7% annually on the outstanding balance.
