What happened

The tenancy is terminated effective June 26, 2021. The Tenants owe no money to the Landlord as the rent deposit and interest owed to the Tenants exceeds the amount the Landlord is entitled to. The Landlord is authorized to offset $37.30 per day for compensation for the Tenants' use of the unit starting June 16, 2021 until they move out.
