What happened

Tenants applied for an order determining that the Landlords or their superintendent/agent harassed, obstructed, coerced, threatened or interfered with them, entered the rental unit illegally, altered the locking system without providing replacement keys, and collected or retained money illegally.

The ruling

The Landlords shall pay the Tenants $700 for the value of items left behind and the unlawful key deposit, plus $101 for the cost of filing the applications, for a total of $801.
