What happened
The Tenants applied for an order determining that the Landlord failed to meet the Landlord's maintenance obligations under the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006 or failed to comply with health, safety, housing or maintenance standards and for an order determining that the Landlord substantially interfered with the reasonable enjoyment of the rental units or residential complex by the Tenants. The Tenants also applied for an order for a reduction of the rent charged for the rental unit due to a reduction in the services and facilities provided by the Landlord.

The request to review order TET-58339-15 issued on April 21, 2016 is denied. The order is confirmed and remains unchanged.
