What happened

Landlord applied to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant due to failure to meet a condition specified in a previous order to de-clutter the rental unit and remove excessive combustible materials that created a fire hazard.

The ruling

The Tenant's motion to set aside the previous order is granted. The Tenant is given until March 15, 2018 to fully de-clutter the unit and maintain it in a state of ordinary cleanliness. The Landlord may apply again for termination and eviction if the Tenant fails to comply.
