What happened

The ruling

If not voided, the Tenant must move out by March 27, 2023 and pay $2,318.92 to the Landlord, plus $32.38 per day from March 2, 2023 until move-out. The Landlord may file for eviction enforcement starting March 28, 2023 if the unit is not vacated.
