What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective July 27, 2021. The tenants must pay the landlord $3,112.18 plus $44.38 per day starting July 17, 2021 until they vacate the unit. If the full amount is not paid by July 27, 2021, the landlord can file the order with the Sheriff to enforce the eviction.
