What happened
The Co-op applied to the Landlord and Tenant Board for an order to end the occupancy of the member unit and evict the Co-op Member because the Co-op Member did not pay the regular monthly housing charges that she owes with respect to the member unit.
The ruling
The Co-op membership is terminated effective February 28, 2015. The Co-op Member must move out of the member unit by that date. The Co-op Member shall pay $10,937.44 to the Co-op, which includes the regular monthly housing charges owing to February 28, 2015, plus the application filing fee, less the refundable deposit. The Co-op Member shall also pay $33.17 per day for compensation for the use of the member unit starting March 1, 2015 until the date the Co-op Member moves out.
