The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective 2014-12-07. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $929.34 plus $41.10 per day starting 2014-11-27 until the Tenant vacates the unit. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by 2014-12-07, the Landlord can file the order with the Sheriff to enforce the eviction.
